Another data set compiled by Jeff Schroeder, data is based upon sales of open heifers. Once again, in this new set Monopoly and Heat Wave are the #1 and #2 bulls in the industry based on overall sales and quantity of cattle sired. With a combined 226 open heifers, and $788,417 in sales, these two bulls are well ahead of the rest. When breeding non-sexed semen keep this data in mind this spring because males and females out of Monopoly and Heat Wave will be equally marketable.

Alias open heifers also show up in the data, our personal feeling is Alias females have increased in sales since Bojo’s (Ali x Alias) rise to popularity.
