#TexasLawsuit the complaint is why do red states have to follow the constitution and let “state legislatures” make election laws while in GA, PA, WI, MI were letting “executive branch” (Governors & Secretary Of States) re-define election laws especially in regard to mail in votes and drop off boxes….
