Love the new blog. I think the categories bar and the drop down list of archived blogs makes for easier browsing.

Only thing I would change is the MLC Blog Roll layout. Who wrote it when and what it’s about just runs together making. Maybe just a simple change in font size would help. Overall I’m diggin it!

Email From Producer To Tony Austin

Hi Tony,

Great talking to you just now.  Just to clarify our conversation, I work as a producer for an award winning production company based in London called October Films. We make high profile factual television for networks like the BBC, National Geographic, History and Discovery. Please see our website – www.octoberfilms.co.uk – to get an idea of our track record. > > > Currently we are developing and producing a non-broadcast pilot tape with a view to making a series about livestock shows and the competitors and breeders who attend them. So far we have filmed with one showpig breeder in Texas, Rory Duelm, and we’re keen to open this up and film with show cattle breeders, show goats, chickens etc etc. You sound like you’d be perfect for the show and I’m really keen to come and do some test filming with you before the Houston show and also film with you at Houston. I wondered – might it be possible to film you at an auction in March? The auction aspect sounds like it would help sell the concept. > > Lets keep talking and I’ll call you in a few days time.

 Cheers,

Eddie Stafford – Producer, October Films

– Congrats and Good Luck Tony!
