1.) Texas Supreme Court Case Has Been Docketed By United States Supreme Court #GetYourPopcornReady

Additionally this afternoon other states are joining the lawsuit with Texas

-Louisiana (Joined Texas Lawsuit)
-Alabama (Joined Texas Lawsuit)
-Florida (Joined Texas Lawsuit)
-Arkansas (Joined Texas Lawsuit)
-Kentucky (Joined Texas Lawsuit)
-Mississippi (Joined Texas Lawsuit)
-South Carolina (Joined Texas Lawsuit)
-South Dakota (Joined Texas Lawsuit)

-Docketing the case means SCOTUS will make final decision on whether it will take the case soon….but with more states joining the lawsuit….it is a very high likelihood SCOTUS will take on the dispute between states.

It is expected that all red states will eventually join Texas case against GA, MI, PA, WI…which will be a good thing for the case
